This workshop will serve those who would like to start a home practice, and those who wish to deepen their existing practice.
We’ll explore various styles, philosophy, breathing practices - and how to deal with a busy mind while meditating.
There will be a 20-30 minute asana practice to prepare for sitting although seated meditation is not mandatory.
Please register in advance as spaces are limited.
