“Hot” classes are around 87-92, “warm” classes are around 83-87

FAQS

  • Each class is 60 minutes. Students arriving more than 5 minutes late to class may not be admitted.

  • We max out at 34 students, but some classes may have a lower maximum capacity to make room for props or for the specific needs of that class.

  • We honor all yogic styles, practices and philosophies, and we are proud to offer a wide variety. Each class will have a slightly different feel depending on the teacher.

  • Non-heated classes will be at a comfortable-cozy room temperature, usually around 75 degrees. Classes labeled as “warm” are typically 83-87 degrees (28-31C), while classes labeled as “hot” are typically 87-92 degrees (31-33C).

  • We understand that it happens! However, we may not be able to admit you to class if you arrive more than 5 minutes late. Some teachers or classes may allow for more flexibility, but that’s rare. You’re always welcome to arrive early and relax in the Lounge before class!

  • We’re a new studio, so we are able to give grace when you’re not able to make it. Please do take the time to call or cancel online, so we can have an accurate expectation of who’s coming and possibly open spots for other students.
