Class Types
Haven Heated Slow Flow
This is a great class for all levels of people to enjoy. Mindful flow is an all-levels class will help beginners to safely experience a yoga class while also offering advanced practitioners the challenge and intensity that they desire. Poses are held long enough to offer the strengthening and stretching benefits of an asana practice. Teachers will help cue practitioners to use their breath the connect to the poses. The class is taught in a heated room, with music to energize the flow.

95 degrees
Power Flow
Our strongest yoga class. Hot Vinyasa is a faster-flowing practice. Students will meet their edge by moving with the breath as you flow from pose to pose. Due to the flowing action of the practice, the room temperature is set around 85 degrees. These classes will often build toward a peak pose, allowing the student to take the time to play at a challenging pose.
Level 2
85-90 degrees
Retreat and Restore
Deep Stretch Yin Yoga is great for anyone looking to improve flexibility, stretch their muscles back out from a more vigorous practice, and anyone looking to begin exploring meditation. In this class floor poses are held for extended periods of time with the muscles relaxed to allow gravity time to work on the muscles, connective tissue, joints, and even the bones. This practice can actually be therapeutic for certain kinds of joint-pain as the long gentle holds can allow the joints to be worked in a safe and therapeutic manner that is simply impossible in a more active class. Because of the nature of the long holds it is a great time for inner-reflection and meditation as well as developing a deeper awareness of both the body and the breath.

Pilates Fusion
This class incorporates the general principles of contemporary Pilates while offering movements to enhance your overall strength, stability, and mobility. We often use small props and will sit, lie down, and stand for various portions of class. This class will definitely work your muscles while feeling overall gentle to the nervous system. You are sure to leave feeling better than when you came. All are welcome!
