This class is an invitation to slow down, rest, and reconnect with your breath. We’ll begin with gentle stretching and a slow, mindful flow, then transition into guided breathwork (pranayama).
Together, we’ll explore a variety of breathing techniques and simply notice how each one supports the body, calms the mind, and soothes the nervous system. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and empowered to use your breath as a tool anytime you need it.
All are welcome—whether you’re new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice in a supportive community. Space is limited to 26 attendees
