Every visit to our sauna & cold plunge room includes access to lockers, changing rooms, and showers.
As is custom at the Retreat, come early or stay after to relax in the Lounge, where you can enjoy complimentary tea and sparkling water.
The sauna room is co-ed, and we ask that guests wear bathing suits or similar attire.
