Your massage booking is comprehensive. You will work with your therapist to choose the massage style and add-ons that might be best for you. Whether you need overall relaxation or a targeted massage, or add-ons of hot stones and aromatherapy, you’ll talk with your therapist to make a plan to make your body happy.

Appointments can be cancelled without charge until the end of business day prior to the appointment (we close at 9pm).
Same-day appointment cancellations occurring more than 4 hours prior to the massage will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
For no-shows, including cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled service, the cancellation fee is 100% of the scheduled service.

We’ll send you a massage intake form ahead of time (check your confirmation email). Please fill that out before your massage so that your therapist can know more about your history, how you’re feeling today, and what you might like to work on.
Remember, our Lounge is available to you any time you’re at the Retreat. Come early or stay after to read a book, catch up on texts, work on our puzzle, or just breathe.
Our priority is the safety and comfort of our massage therapists and clients. We reserve the right to terminate client relationships as a result of any behavior not conducive to a safe, comfortable environment.
