  • All members and sauna guests get towel service and access to showers/lockers.

  • Your mat, water bottle, and a sweat towel if needed. We have extra mats if needed and all bolsters and props.

We had most of the place to ourselves around 11am and enjoyed the quick break from our busy lives.
