Let us know if you’d like a gift box by emailing hello@theintownretreat.com after purchasing your gift card, and we’ll hold one with your name on it!
Gift cards can be used for any class, service, or event at The Intown Retreat – even for tip after a massage. Scroll down for help deciding on the right amount to give.
After you purchase online, you’ll be emailed a copy of the gift card, including the unique redemption code. Or, you can also choose to have it sent it directly to the recipient upon purchase, immediately or at a later date.
There’s one catch: the system-generated gift cards aren’t very cute! If you’d like something nicer, we’ll be happy to hold a physical gift card for you to pick up at the Retreat, or email you a digital copy.

How Our Gift Cards Don’t Work
Unfortunately, our gift cards can’t be tied to specific services. So you can’t simply give, say, a massage to someone. (We’re working on it!)
However, if that person already has an account with us, we can place those services on their account, and give you a gift card to let them know they’re there. Give us a call, stop in, or email us your request at hello@theintownretreat.com

$50 - A lovely first visit
Covers any yoga class ($30) or a sauna/cold plunge session ($35), with something left over for a snack or drink in the Lounge.
$100 - A super flexible amount
This lets the recipient mix and match: try yoga and/or sauna/cold plunge, contribute toward a massage, or try our $89 Intro Unlimited Yoga Month with credit to spare.
$150 - A total reset
This covers a 90-minute massage, or a 60-minute massage + an additional service.
$160 / $190 - A Complete Retreat
These amounts line up with our signature “Complete Retreat” packages, which include one of everything: a yoga class, a visit to the sauna/cold plunge, and a 60- or 90-minute massage (depending on the amount).
💡 Helpful Tip
If you’re giving a gift card with massage in mind, consider adding a little extra so your recipient can add a gratuity if they choose.

We’re happy to help with either! Just pop in for a physical gift card (be sure to have your gift card info handy) or send us an email at hello@theintownretreat.com. Please allow 1-2 business days for a digital gift card.
(If it’s nearing the occasion, give a call up to the front desk - we can probably get you a rush job!)

Gift cards are a great option for last-minute needs! Buy one online and it’ll be delivered instantly. Or, pop in to the Retreat or give us a call - we can always get you a physical card right away, and almost always get you a digital card the same day.

The Gift Card ID can be used to pay for anything at The Intown Retreat, in person, over the phone, or online.
Unfortunately, at this time Mindbody does not support paying with a gift card on our website. Try the app, or give us a call.
You can pay via the Mindbody app, but you’ll have to have a credit card stored there too (weird!). You can add one via the Wallet function, or during the checkout process. After adding a credit card, there will be a drop-down allowing you to select a gift card as the payment method.
There are some odd things about the Mindbody online system, so just give us a call or pop in if you’re having trouble!

However, if your recipient already has an account with us, we’re happy to put services on there, which you pay for. Just stop by or give us a call!

Yes - but not via our Gift Cards functionality. If they already have an account, we can set you up easily.
If they don’t yet have an account, they’ll receive a notification when we create one - potentially ruining the surprise. We can store your card, then wait until the day you give them the gift to get them all set up. Come in or give us a call - we’ve got you.
We can still give you a gift card either way, so you’ll have something to show them when the time comes!
