Sarah Soltan

Sarah is a 400-Hour certified yoga teacher and CrossFit L1 Certified. Though she initially trained and received her first 200-Hour certification in Power Yoga in 2017, she gravitated most naturally toward Yin yoga in the earliest years of her teaching for its profound abilities to train the mind, process emotions, and cultivate a strong mind-body-spirit connection through its deliberate slowness.

Once CrossFit became Sarah’s primary method of maintaining her fitness, she found she could translate what she had learned with her yoga practice over to the requirements of CrossFit with ease: mental toughness, balance, core strength, mobility, mind-body connection, and breathwork were all keys to successfully completing anything in CrossFit, from a heavy lift to a grueling WOD.

Once she took her L1 in February 2025, she further understood the applications of yoga as they pertain specifically to athletes and better understood the role of strength and control in the mobility she had gained from yoga. Since then, Sarah was inspired to merge the worlds together in her yoga teaching and has taught yoga at yoga studios and CrossFit gyms, varying from Vinyasa and Yin classes to more specific muscular and nervous system recovery work depending on what is required.

Sarah teaches primarily from a mindfulness and neurological adaptation framework, wanting her students to better understand and learn the language of their individual bodies so they can hear and support them for life. When working with any caliber or type of athlete, she applies the tools of yoga to aid the intensity required to train and compete as well as to initiate the recovery needed to sustain that level of effort without injury or burnout.

Whether you consider yourself an athlete or not, Sarah meets you exactly as you are and will work with you to support the wishes you have for your practice, whether it be increased mobility, better performance in your sport, or simply a desire for easeful movement and more mental peace.
