Maggie Leonard
Maggie’s yoga journey began in 2009, a practice that quickly became a lifeline—an embodied reminder of grace, self-acceptance, and emotional flexibility. Since 2011, she has been guiding meditation, and in 2014, she earned her 200-hour yoga certification.
With a warm and inviting presence, Maggie creates an inclusive environment where students of all levels can explore their practice free of judgment. Her classes are thoughtfully sequenced, blending breath awareness, alignment, and mindful movement to foster resilience and ease both on and off the mat.
She is deeply committed to trauma-informed teaching and brings sensitivity and expertise to her offerings. She has studied under renowned instructors who have helped ground and shape her teaching style, including Joe Palese, Holle Black, Marlyssa Sullivan, Tra Kirkpatrick, Cheryl Crawford, and Nikki Myers.
