Moms take over the Retreat for a full evening of relaxing, movement, and connection. We’ll have ALL the things– a mini-retreat in just 3 hours!

Enjoy time to mingle with fellow Moms, unwind in the sauna and cold plunge, a vinyasa flow yoga practice ending with a deeply relaxing soundbath. The evening continues with light dinner and treats in the lounge, and closes with a grounding community circle. Add on even more pampering with a chair massage or skin consultation. This will be a beautiful, rich time for relaxing and communing together as Moms.
