Autumn Equinox – Ground & Let Go
Led by Brett Erickson & Mika Newton
As we move into Autumn, let's slow down, ground in, and release what we no longer need to carry. Brett will lead a deeply healing extended yin yoga practice, while expert sound healer Mika bathes you in sound.
You'll be guided through postures that support muscle release, while mindful breathwork to calm the nervous system and release tension. Mika bathes you in vibrational benefits of sound healing with quartz crystal bowls, gong, crystal harp, and more. This is a chance to ground your energy and let go of what's ready to fall away.
In this seasonal series each offering will be uniquely designed to tune us into the moment, and provide a space for rest, renewal, and loving-kindness towards yourself and others. All levels welcome. No prior yoga or sound bath experience necessary.
