Find Your Massage

Whatever you choose (and even if you’re not sure what to choose), you’re in good hands. Your therapist will talk with you about how you’re feeling and what you’re looking for, then build a session around what your body actually needs that day.

Core Massage Styles

Deep Tissue Massage

Slower, more focused work that reaches the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Well suited to chronic tightness, nagging knots, and tension that builds up over time.

Sports Massage

Targeted techniques to help active bodies recover, perform, and stay injury-free. Useful before or after training, or any time hard-working muscles need attention.

Swedish Massage

Long, flowing strokes that ease tension, improve circulation, and help your whole system downshift. A great starting point if you’re new to massage or simply want to unwind.

Prenatal Massage

Gentle, supportive bodywork for expecting mothers, with safe positioning and techniques that ease the aches of pregnancy and improve circulation in a nurturing setting.

Hot Stone Massage

Warm basalt stones rest on key areas of the body while your therapist works, letting heat loosen muscle and deepen relaxation at the same time.

Specialized & Therapeutic Techniques

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)

Precise, clinical work that addresses specific points of pain and dysfunction in the muscles, often used to interrupt chronic pain patterns and restore healthy movement.

Trigger Point Therapy

Focused pressure on tight “knots” that can refer pain elsewhere in the body. Releasing them eases both the local tension and the aches they cause downstream.

Myofascial Release

Slow, sustained pressure that works with the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding your muscles—to release restriction and restore ease of movement.

Craniosacral Therapy

A light-touch technique that works with the body’s subtle rhythms to calm the nervous system and support deep release. Especially gentle, and often grounding for those carrying stress or tension.

Assisted Stretching

Therapist-guided stretches that improve flexibility and range of motion, lengthen tight muscles, and leave you feeling more open and mobile.

Cupping

Suction cups lift the tissue to encourage circulation and release tension in the fascia and muscle. A helpful add-on when deeper restriction needs extra attention.

Reflexology

Pressure applied to specific points on the feet (and sometimes hands) that correspond to other areas of the body, promoting relaxation and balance throughout.

Lymphatic Drainage

Light, rhythmic strokes that encourage the natural flow of lymph, supporting the body’s detox processes and helping reduce puffiness and fluid retention.

Thai Massage

A dynamic, movement-based technique combining assisted stretching with rhythmic pressure, traditionally done on a mat, to open the body and improve flexibility.

Reiki

A gentle energy practice that uses light or hovering touch to encourage relaxation and a sense of balance, often paired with hands-on bodywork.

Medical Massage

Treatment-focused work prescribed for a specific condition or injury, drawing on clinical techniques to address a defined therapeutic goal.

  4. Better Sleep: Regular massage helps to calm the nervous system, leading to improved sleep quality and deeper rest.

  5. Enhanced Flexibility: By loosening tight muscles and improving joint mobility, massage helps maintain or increase flexibility.

  6. Boosted Immune System: The relaxation and circulation benefits of massage can support the immune system by reducing stress and enhancing overall health.
