Sunday System Reboot
Slow down, reset, and come back to yourself. This class is a two-hour experience, beginning with a one-hour sauna session, giving your body a chance to warm up deeply from the inside out. Let the heat melt away tension, clear your mind, and soften your muscles, setting the perfect foundation for mindful movement. (And don’t forget that our cold plunge is available to you, too!)
After your time in the sauna, you'll flow into a one-hour yoga class called Meet Me in Savasana, a gentle, grounding practice designed to restore your nervous system and guide you into deep relaxation. Expect slow stretches and extended rest, helping you feel more clear, calm, and connected. Whether you’re recovering from a full weekend or preparing for the week ahead, Sunday System Reboot offers a reset to benefit your body and mind.
If you’re running late, don’t sweat it - you’re welcome to come and go as you please from the sauna portion of the afternoon.
