Slow down. Breathe deeply. Welcome the stillness of Shabbat into your body and soul with Stephanie Bernstein and Rabbi Ariel Root Wolpe.
This gentle, all-levels Shabbat yoga practice invites you to step away from the week’s noise and into sacred rest (menuchah). Through mindful postures, flowing breath, and Hebrew chant, we’ll explore how Shabbat invites us to soften, release, and reconnect — to ourselves, to community, and to the Holy One. Movements are accessible for all bodies, with options for gentle stretches or deeper engagement.
