This gentle New Year’s yoga experience is designed to help you release the weight of the past year and create space for what’s ahead. We’ll move through slow, nourishing postures paired with mindful breath to calm the nervous system and gently awaken the body.
After movement, you’ll be immersed in a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing healing vibrations to guide you into a state of rest, reflection, and reset. To close our time together, you’ll be guided through intuitive journaling to help clarify your intentions, desires, and energetic focus for the year ahead.
