Jay Christine

Jay Christine, is a wellness practitioner located in Atlanta/Decatur area specializing in optimal health. Being certified in yoga for 4 years as well as meditation, breath-work and sound therapy for 3 years. 

 Jay began her yoga and meditation journey during the pandemic in 2020, shortly after noticing the drastic shift in her mental health after a year of practice she began her yoga teacher training with the team at Sacred Paths Yoga. Upon completing her certification in 2021 she continued her learnings through Udemy to strengthen her knowledge in the mental health field obtaining her meditation, breath work, aromatherapy, trauma informed yoga and crystal healing certifications.  

Jay is passionate about the wellness lifestyle of her students and strives to be your guide on and off the mat. While offering services for your mind, body and soul; she also is the owner of Melanin Sol Beauty LLC providing a natural skin care line as well known as soul care essentials to bring balance within the mind, body and soul with natural remedies. 

 Jay Christine believes in the power of love and through the heart you understand the world.
