I'm an emcee by trade; that is to say a voice for truth, progress and authentic power. When I'm not welcoming guests at the Intown Retreat, I host workshops, learning events, and even a podcast for professionals looking to change the world. I'm from Brooklyn, New York, and moved with my family to downtown Atlanta during the pandemic.  

I found my way to the Retreat through our fearless leader, Cate Powell, who happens to run the most magnificent support group for mothers I've ever known. That space, built by Cate, is such fertile ground for the support of women's dreams that it birthed this place. As a leadership coach, it says a lot that I would follow Cate pretty much anywhere.  

Day to day, you'll see me behind the front desk, making our clients feel welcome and valued as part of the beloved community we're building.
